However due to the nature of the product, we do not offer RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY COSMETIC PRODUCT due to hygienic reasoning and COVID-19. We will continue to do our best to provide our Lu Birds with satisfaction through pricing. Please note, House of Lu Beauty 1950 reserves the right to refuse all returns.
Cancellation Policy:
Only orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email-you cannot cancel or modify the order, your order has been marked as shipped. House of Lu Beauty 1950 reserves the right to request a signature upon delivery for domestic shipping value over $150. We do not offer signature delivery for international shipments.
